My Background Music!

 

Todays Manaia Kalani's session, Mr 4E Told Everyone to make a background sound to post on our blogs.

  I made a Background sound, but I was outside so the music was very glitchy when I recorded, for my screencastify. My sound was very relaxing without the glitch, it almost made me fall asleep a few times. The website I used is...Lo-Fi Player! ON that specific website, you can press a few objects on the screen to change the settings, and other things like that. 

Hopefully when you watch this screencastify, you don't get bothered by the glitch in the sound! 

How to use...MATHLETICS!

 

Today for Manaiakalani, I had three options to... Shower a younger person than you how to use mathletics, how to use mathletics for a slightly more engaged person, and how to use our class Manawanui class sight.

I chose to do how to use mathletics, but not for a beginner, but for someone that kinda knows how to use mathlets ,but doesn't fully know. I hope ya'll find this video very helpful, bye!

Kahungunu Story

 

Yesterday, I didn't have enough time to screencastify my Kahungunu story, so I came to school early today and finished it off.

Everyone was told to make their own kahungunu video, but only using the keywords/ main ideas. If the people who didn't finish their own story in time, they had to do a screencastify reading from the real story, the teachers sent everyone.

All the information I know about...Anzac Day!

• Anzac Day, is a day to remember all the Soldiers, that  sadly passed away, trying to protect their home lands.

•  The poppy's were special, because they grew on the battlefield after all the soldiers have left the war or passed away. That's why the beautiful flower poppy, is really important to Anzac Day.     

• Everyone would but or bake a special biscuit known as, Anzac Biscuits! The soldiers would      eat these certain biscuits while they rested, before their next world wide battle. 

• I don't know much, but what I do know, is on Anzac Day, everyone would put on, pin on poppy's and thank their loved ones that may have been on the battlefield sacrificing their lives for all of us!               

WTE Group Writing

 The video below, is my WTE Group writing. For today's session, I used my groups story to explain, how I used the 3 cards used on the video. The people I buddied up with in my class was, Livi, Myles and I.

Everyone in the  class had to do the same thing I am doing right now. Even my buddies are currently doing the same project as me, but maybe they didn't say the exact same words as me.

For Today's session, Tiraki had to polyline themselves.

I found polylining my character hard because, I don't have skill in a lot of things.

What I found easy was polyline my shirt, because my shirt was very plain, and didn't have that mush detail at all!

 Last thursday, Room 3 & 4 collaborated and went into groups of 3, to make a video about our school advertisement. My group of 3 was Kaian, Karli and I (Teylah), we weren't allowed to choose our buddy because the teachers thought we would be silly with our chosen buddies, so our Cybersmart teacher used the buddy picker on his chromebook so, we wouldn't be silly. for our task room 3 & 4 made a Wevideo about advertising the part of our school that we chose. after taking photos and videos, my group and I chose 4 photos to make our Wevideo with, then after making the video we had to add an audio to it then post it onto our blogs.

When using media there are a lot of sights people can use, when editing a video or photo. My opinion is to use these sights Wevideo,use this sight to edit your photos/videos, Remove.bg, use this sight to remove the backgrounds you don't want, Unsplash, you can use unsplash to find images that aren't copyright, and finally P I X L R, use pixlr to change the lighting on images to make the sky sunny or dark.
